Working with Piggott and Whitfield, Fletchers pre-fabricated offsite and installed large gas mains, water services, steam and condensation pipework throughout the factory.
The factory was the size of 4 football pitches, which meant that pipework was over 300 meters in length.
Fletchers also designed and installed all specialist steelwork to support the services within the existing building structure. All gas installation was tested and purged by our in-house gas qualified engineers.
The project took just 3 months from start to finish.
