Our client, Sunrise Senior Living operates 17 care homes nationwide. Fletchers have been given the responsibility to undertake the service maintenance and reactive repair of their building services requirements. The contract has been operating with Fletchers for over three years.
Our ongoing partnership with Sunrise ensures optimum performance via fully co-ordinated maintenance services.
The Contract is administered by a Contract-dedicated team that plans the day-to-day activities of the fully-skilled, mobile workforce in response to Customer calls and planned visits.
Our Engineering team work closely with the facilities department providing future budget projections to ensure the building services maintains an efficient and reliable working condition.
