Pipework

Fletchers manufacture and install pipework both as part of larger projects like HVAC installation, and as pipework-only orders. In both cases, we bring our full expertise to the design, build and assembly of custom pipework for hot and cold water and other fluids. Many of our clients choose Fletchers for our use of thin wall stainless steel, which is not only lighter and easier to handle, but offers excellent corrosion resistance to reduce maintenance demands for the future. This is already a popular material in the Utilities sector, and Fletchers are pioneering its use across all industries where it can be beneficial.

We work on installations and refurbishments of all sizes. We are Gas Safe Registered, which allows our in-house engineers to work safely on gas pipes, and certified for work on biogas pipes. Our engineers can flush out fluids already in your pipes, and fully commission new installations ready for immediate use. We fabricate new pipework offsite for convenience, and can coordinate with other contractors to ensure installation takes place on schedule, without disrupting other work taking place on-site.

  • Unparalleled expertise in thin wall stainless steel pipework
  • Offsite manufacture for fast and convenient on-site installation
  • Accreditations including Gas Safe Registered

The clients we serve range from individual plant rooms and pipework-only orders, through to complete survey, design, build and installation of pipes and bespoke steelworks for multistorey commercial buildings and industrial facilities. We can supply hundreds of tons of steel and make sure it is installed safely, on time and on budget. All enquiries are welcome, including orders for properties with hundreds of thousands of square feet of floor space. Fletchers believe strongly that thin wall stainless steel pipes have benefits far beyond the Utilities sector, and we are seeing strong uptake of this modern material in other industries. It is lighter, uses less steel, and therefore supports sustainability objectives. Thin wall pipes are easier and safer to handle during installation, allowing work to be completed faster and with less chance of disruption, including in very small spaces.
