From Apprentice to Director

Congratulations to Wayne, our Divisional Director. He started his journey as an estimating apprenticeship through the B.E.S.T training scheme, progressing from an apprentice mechanical estimator, Project Manager, department Manager  to his Director role.

He has just reached the milestone of 25 years long service.

Our Long-Service Employees

30 of our 135 employees have dedicated over 20 years to our firm. Together, that is a whopping 762 years of service! From site operatives to CAD engineers and admin roles to workshop fabricators, our employees have found different pathways to success.

In the last year alone, we have welcomed five new apprentices – three in building services and two in the maintenance department. A significant number of our staff members joined us as apprentices and are still progressing with the company.
